Be prepared to communicate your desires: You should send to your representative a basic description of all the hat designs and specifications you are interested in buying along with the expected quantity and desired delivery time. Our minimum order size is 1,000 hats and our maximum order size is 78,000/month.
Price quote: Your representative will develop a price quote for you based on your interests. If you choose the design and specification that are described on our website, we can skip the design and specifications discussion and move directly to the pricing and ordering procedures. If you have your own design, we will keep it confidential by first engaging in a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) with you.
Interest building: After we have an agreement on the design, specifications, the quantity of the hats, and the desired delivery time, we will provide to you a price quote for your order. Regardless of your choices, we will deliver a price quote that we believe you will find attractive.
Contract engagement: If you are satisfied with our price quote, you can send a purchase order to your representative and then Warm Head Hats will draft a contract to clarify all key terms for your consideration and execution.
Production updating: We will keep you updated with the production progress and ask for your permission if any unpredictable situations occur. We will send to you some pictures of your order’s manufacturing process at no charge, or if desired, we can send physical samples to evaluate at nominal production and shipping cost.
Product delivery: We will ship your product order to your door or any other US location you desire.
Post-sale services: We hope to receive your feedback after delivery, and we will provide post-sale support if you find any issues regarding the quality or quantity of our products.
